Saleem sets the guiding vision for Bosala while empowering his team to lead with confidence and creativity. His primary focus is on cultivating the next wave of leaders, ensuring the mission thrives through shared purpose and trust.

Wesam is the architect of every Bosala expedition. Leading the curriculum team, he crafts workshops that are less about instruction and more about igniting the spark of curiosity that empowers youth to find their own answers.

Salma is the voice of Bosala. With her team of creators, she shapes our story and builds our digital community, ensuring our mission connects with the hearts and minds of youth across the country.

Michael is the champion of our team. He builds and nurtures the vibrant volunteer community that powers Bosala, ensuring every member feels valued and empowered on their own journey of growth.

Dara is the bridge between Bosala and the communities we serve. Leading the outreach team, she forges vital partnerships with NGOs and universities, managing the journey that brings our workshops to youth across Jordan.
